Made under the Highways (Liability for Straying Animals) Amendment
Act 2016 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

This proclamation is the Highways (Liability for Straying
Animals) Amendment Act 2016 Commencement
Proclamation 2016.

2.             Commencement of Act

The Highways (Liability for Straying Animals) Amendment
Act 2016, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the
day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the
Gazette.

Note:  The Highways (Liability for Straying Animals) Regulations 2016 and
Highways (Liability for Straying Animals) Notice 2016 come into operation on
