1  Name

This is the Higher Education Support (Tabor College Tasmania Inc) Higher Education Provider Approval Revocation 2016.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 8 August 2016.

3  Authority  

This instrument is made under section 22-40 of the
Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

body means Tabor College Tasmania Inc ABN 81 449 615 707

Note:             The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

5Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval As A Higher Education Provider

The body’s approval as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with section 22-40 of the Act.

The Higher Education Support Act 2003 – Higher Education Provider Approval (No. 1 of 2006) is revoked.
