1  Name

This is the (Tabor College Inc (WA)) Higher Education Provider Approval Revocation 2016.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered.

3  Authority  

This instrument is made under section 22-2 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

body means Tabor College Inc (WA) ABN 70 136 214 162

Note:             The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

5Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval As A Higher Education Provider

The body’s approval as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with section 22-2 of the Act.

The Higher Education Support Act 2003 – Higher Education Provider Approval (No. 10 of 2012) (F2012L02007) is revoked.
