1   Name

This is the Higher Education Support (South Metropolitan TAFE) Higher Education Provider Approval Revocation 2021.

2   Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislation.

3   Authority  

This instrument is made under section 22-2 of the Act.

4   Definitions

In this instrument Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

Note:          The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

1. Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval as a Higher Education Provider

The approval of South Metropolitan TAFE (ABN: 15 965 263 323) as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with subsection 22‑2(1) of the Act.

The legislative instrument Higher Education Provider Approval No 2 of 2016 (F2016L01026) is repealed.
