1   Name

This is the Higher Education Support (Raffles College Pty Ltd (formerly known as Raffles KvB Institute Pty Ltd)) Higher Education Provider Approval Revocation 2021.

2   Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislation.

3   Authority  

This instrument is made under section 22-2 of the Act.

4   Definitions

In this instrument Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

Note:          The term higher education provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

1. Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval as a Higher Education Provider

The approval of Raffles College Pty Ltd (ABN: 86 108 888 900, ACN:108 888 900) as a higher education provider is revoked in accordance with subsection 22-2(1) of the Act.

  The legislative instrument Higher Education Provider Approval No. 15 of 2006 (F2006L03350) is repealed.
