This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Polytechnic West) VET Provider Approval Revocation 2016.

2  Commencement

This instrument is taken to have commenced on 11 April 2016.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Revocation of approval as a VET provider

The approval of Polytechnic West (ABN 62 743 829 896) as a VET provider is revoked.

Note   The legislative instrument notifying that approval, the VET Provider Approval (No. 7 of   2012) (F2012L01066) is therefore revoked.
