This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Polytechnic West) Higher Education Provider Approval Revocation 2016.

2  Commencement

This instrument is taken to have commenced on 11 April 2016.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 22-40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Revocation of approval as a Higher Education Provider

The approval of Polytechnic West (ABN 62 743 829 896) as a higher education provider is revoked.

Note The legislative instrument notifying that approval, the Higher Education Provider Approval (No. 17 of 2006) (F2006L03367) is therefore revoked.
