This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Notice of Approval – Australian Campus Management Pty Ltd) Instrument 2023.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences the day after this instrument is registered.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under section 16-25 and paragraph 16-50(1)(b) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definitions

Note:          The term higher education provider used in this instrument is defined in Schedule 1 to the Act.

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

5  Approval of higher education provider

For the purposes of section 16-25 and paragraph 16-50(1)(b) of the Act, Australian Campus Management Pty Ltd (ACN 101 617 396; ABN 66 101 617 396) is approved as a higher education provider.
