This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Maximum Payments for Other Grants) Amendment Determination 2015 (No.1).

2Authority

This instrument is made under subsections 41-45(1A) and (1D) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

3Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

4Amendment

The Higher Education Support (Maximum Payments for Other Grants) Determination 2015 (F2015L00056) is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Schedule 1                

1  Omit paragraphs 4(i) and substitute:

(i)For the purpose of item 11 of the table under subsection 41-45(1) of the Act, the maximum amount in respect of the year 2015 is $2,120,502,400.
