This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Maximum Grant Amounts) List Variation 2013
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Variation of List of Maximum Grant Amounts
The List of Grants under Division 41 made on 3 December 2012 (F2012L02514) is varied as set out in the Schedule.
Schedule 1—Variation
1 Table headed “List prepared in accordance with section 41‑50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act) of maximum amounts of grants which may be paid in 2013 for each purpose of grant specified in section 41‑10 of the Act”
Omit the table, substitute:
