1  Name

This is the Higher Education Support (Cornerstone Investment Aust Pty Ltd) VET Provider Approval Revocation 2017.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered.

3  Authority  

This instrument is made under clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

body means Cornerstone Investment Aust Pty Ltd (ACN: 082 383 640

ABN: 89 082 383 640).

Note:             The term VET provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

5Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval As A VET Provider

The body’s approval as a VET provider is revoked in accordance with clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The Higher Education Support Act 2003 - VET Provider Approval (No.20 of 2011) is revoked.
