This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Challenger Institute of Technology) VET Provider Approval Revocation 2016.

2  Commencement

This instrument is taken to have commenced on 11 April 2016.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Revocation of approval as a VET provider

The approval of Challenger Institute of Technology (ABN 59 818 370 873) as a VET provider is revoked.

Note   The legislative instrument notifying that approval, the VET Provider Approval (No. 60 of   2013) (F2013L01889) is therefore revoked.
