1  Name

This is the Higher Education Support (Careers Australia Education Institute Pty Ltd (In Liquidation)) VET Provider Approval Revocation 2017.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered in the Federal Register of Legislation.

3  Authority  

This instrument is made under clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

body means Careers Australia Education Institute Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) (ABN: 76 120 675 505, ACN: 120 675 505).

Note:             The term VET provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

5Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval as a VET Provider

The body’s approval as a VET provider is revoked in accordance with clause 29B of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The Higher Education Support Act 2003 - VET Provider Approval (No. 12 of 2011) (F2011L01046) is revoked.
