1  Name

This instrument is the Higher Education Support (Australian Institute of Music) Higher Education Provider Approval Suspension Determination 2021.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 22-30(1) of the Act.

4  Definition

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

5  Approval suspension determination

  The approval of Australian Institute of Music Limited (ACN 003 261 112) as a higher education provider is suspended under section 22-30 of the Act with effect from 18 February 2021.
