1  Name

This is the Higher Education Support (Apprentices-Trainees-Employment Limited) VET Provider Approval Revocation 2016.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 2 December 2016.

3  Authority  

This instrument is made under clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

body means Apprentices-Trainees-Employment Limited ACN 002 369 557.

Note:             The term VET provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

5Notice of Revocation of Approval As A VET Provider

The body’s approval as a VET provider is revoked in accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act subject to subclause 39(2A) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The Higher Education Support Act 2003 - VET Provider Approval (No.65 of 2014) is revoked.
