I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2, 4 and 5 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Higher Education Support Amendment (Streamlining and Other Measures) Act 2012, fix 1 January 2013 as the day on which Schedules 1, 3 and 4 to that Act commence.
