1  Name

This is the Higher Education Support (Advanced Education Australia Pty Ltd) VET Provider Approval Revocation 2017.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered.

3  Authority  

This instrument is made under clauses 33 and 34 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

body means Advanced Education Pty Ltd ACN 125 721 459 ABN 82 125 721 459.

Note:             The term VET provider has the same meaning as given in the Act.

5Notice of Decision to Revoke Approval As A VET Provider

The body’s approval as a VET provider is revoked in accordance with subclause 33(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The Higher Education Support Act 2003 - VET Provider Approval (No. 69 of 2014) (F2014L01637) is revoked.
