NOTICE OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

VET Provider Approval No 33 of 2009

Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and notice of approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA).

I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA):

(a)approve the application of Careers Australia College of Healthcare Pty Ltd as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A of HESA; and

(b)note that this approval decides the application of Careers Australia College of Healthcare Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A of HESA; and

(c)hereby give Careers Australia College of Healthcare Pty Ltd written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA.
