VET Provider Approval No 22 of 2012
Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and Notice of Approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
I, Lyndal Groom, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA):
(a)approve the application of Actor’s College of Theatre & Television Pty Ltd (ACN: 079 097 920 ABN: 87 079 097 920) as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A to HESA; and
(b)note that this approval decides the application of Actor’s College of Theatre & Television Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and
(c)hereby give Actor’s College of Theatre & Television Pty Ltd written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to HESA.
In accordance with paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 1A to HESA this Notice of Approval commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
