NOTICE OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

VET Provider Approval No 19 of 2011

Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and Notice of Approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA):

(a)approve the application of Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd (ACN: 061 868 264
ABN: 57 061 868 264) as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A to HESA; and

(b)note that this approval decides the application of Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and

(c)hereby give Australian College of Natural Medicine Pty Ltd written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to HESA.

In accordance with paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 1A to HESA this Notice of Approval commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
