NOTICE OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

VET Provider Approval No 17 of 2011

Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and notice of approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA):

(a)approve the application of Australian Institute of Family Counselling Ltd ABN: 56 098 511 418 ACN 098 511 418  as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A of HESA; and

(b)note that this approval decides the application of Australian Institute of Family Counselling Ltd as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A of HESA; and

(c)hereby give Australian Institute of Family Counselling Ltd written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA.
