NOTICE OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

VET Provider Approval No 15 of 2011

Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and notice of approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA).

I, Michael Maynard, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA):

(a)approve the application of Hope of the Gold Coast Ltd ACN: 070 512 560 ABN: 72 070 512 560 as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A of HESA; and

(b)note that this approval decides the application of Hope of the Gold Coast Ltd as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A of HESA; and

(c)hereby give Hope of the Gold Coast Ltd written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA.
