VET Provider Approval No. 1 of 2016

Approval under subclause 6(1A), decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and notice of approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA)

I, Maryann Quagliata, a delegate of the Minister for Education and Training :

(a)approve North Metropolitan TAFE (ABN: 23 489 495 403) as a VET provider pursuant to subclause 6(1A) of Schedule 1A to HESA with effect from 11 April 2016;

(b)note that this approval decides the application of North Metropolitan TAFE pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and

(c)hereby give North Metropolitan TAFE written notice of approval pursuant to paragraph 11(1)(b)
of Schedule 1A to HESA.
