REVOCATION DETERMINATION

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Notification of Revocation of approval under Subdivision 5-B of Schedule 1A to the
Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

I, Subho Banerjee, a delegate of the Minister for Vocational Education and Skills for the purposes of subclause 34(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act, hereby notify Training and Development Australia Pty Ltd (the body) that a delegate of the Minister has made a decision to revoke the body’s approval as a VET provider, pursuant to Subdivision 5-B of Schedule 1A to the Act.

In accordance with subclause 34(3)(c) of Schedule 1A to the Act, the revocation takes effect on the day that this notice is registered in the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
