NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 30 May 2014, QPIX Ltd
(ABN: 16 078 405 866) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act

I, Shelley Owen, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Act:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of QPIX Ltd as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 22 of 2011 dated 7 December 2011, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No F2011L02713 on 16 December 2011, pursuant to subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to QPIX Ltd as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 5 July 2014.
