NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval under clause 39 of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA)

I, Tony Fernando, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clause 39 of the HESA:

(a)revoke the approval of Qantm Pty Ltd as a VET provider; and

(b)hereby give Qantm Pty Ltd written notice of the revocation as required by subclause 39(3) of HESA.

This revocation shall take effect on 30 June 2010.
