NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 10 February 2014, Navitas Professional Training Pty Ltd (formerly known as Navitas Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd) (ACN 100404199; ABN: 25 100 404 199) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act

I, Shelley Owen, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Act:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of Navitas Professional Training Pty Ltd (formerly known as Navitas Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd) as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 12 of 2012 dated 29 June 2012, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No F2012L01510 on 5 July 2012, pursuant to subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Navitas Professional Training Pty Ltd (formerly known as Navitas Workforce Solutions Pty Ltd) as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 24 March 2014.
