NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 25 August 2014, Navitas College of Public Safety Pty Ltd (ABN: 96 082 492 206) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act

I, Tony Mitchener, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Act:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of Navitas College of Public Safety Pty Ltd as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 9 of 2010 dated 6 September 2010, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No. F2010L02441 on 11 September 2010 pursuant to subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Navitas College of Public Safety Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 9 October 2014.
