NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 4 October 2012, the Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills (SA) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of the Act

I, Lyndal Groom, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of the Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills (SA) as a VET provider (Instrument of Approval No F2012L01210 dated 8 June 2012 and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 15 June 2012) pursuant to subsection 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and

(b)shall give a copy of this notice to the Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills (SA) as required under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 17 November 2012.
