NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 18 September 2015, Harvest West Bible College Inc (ABN: 72 244 929 859) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act

I, Dean Woodgate, a delegate of the Minister for Education and Training for the purposes of clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Act:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of Harvest West Bible College Inc as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 5 of 2008 dated 13 October 2008, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments No. F2008L03777 on 13 October 2008 pursuant to subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Harvest West Bible College Inc as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 19 October 2015.
