Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under sub-clause 39(1) of Schedule 1A of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA)

Notice of revocation of approval under sub-clause 39(3) of Schedule 1A of HESA

In accordance with sub-clauses 39(1) and 39(2) of Schedule 1A of HESA, on 21 April 2011, Albury Wodonga Community College Ltd (AWCC) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.

I, Mary-Anne Sakkara, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations for the purposes of sub-clauses 39(1) and 39(3) of Schedule 1A of HESA:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of AWCC as a VET provider under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A of HESA; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to AWCC as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A of HESA.

In accordance with subclause 39(5) of Schedule 1A of HESA, the revocation shall take effect on

24 June 2011.
