Revocation of Approval as a Higher Education Provider (No 1 of 2008)

I, COLIN WALTERS, delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of section 16-25 and subsection 16-50(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (“the Act”), under subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the approval of the Gestalt Association of Queensland Incorporated as a higher education provider under the Act.
