NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a higher education provider on request by the body under subsection

22-40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subsection 22-40(1) of the Act, on 16 March 2012, Nature Care College Pty Ltd requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a higher education provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act

I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research for the purposes of section 22-40 of the Act:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of the Nature Care  College Pty Ltd as a higher education provider, Instrument of Approval No F2006L02251 dated 28 June 2006 and as registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 6 July 2006, pursuant to subsection

22-40(1) of the Act; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to the Nature Care  College Pty Ltd as required by subsection 22-40(3)(b) of the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 30 September 2012
