NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a higher education provider under paragraph 22-2 (1)(a) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 for a body not registered on the National Register.

I, Ben Johnson, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of section 22‑2 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act):

(a)hereby revoke the approval of Jansen Newman Institute Pty. Limited (ACN: 002 943 759 ABN: 94 002 943 759), Instrument of Approval No. 4 of 2006 and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 5 April 2006, as a higher education provider pursuant to paragraph 22-2(1)(a) of the Act; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Jansen Newman Institute Pty. Limited as required by sub-section 22‑2(2) of the Act.

In accordance with sub-section 22-2(4) of the Act, this Notice of Revocation commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
