NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval under section 22-40 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA)

I, Catherine Vandermark, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of section 22-40 of the HESA:

(a)revoke the approval of Brisbane College of Theology as a higher education provider; and

(b)hereby give Brisbane College of Theology written notice of the revocation as required by subsection 22-40(3) of HESA.

This revocation shall take effect 14 days after this notice is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
