Notice of Revocation of Approval

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 14 April 2016, Sydneylearning Pty Limited, ABN 72 129 988 165 ACN 129 988 165 requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET FEE-HELP provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act

I, Kate Woodall, a delegate of the Minister for the purposes of clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Act:

(a)hereby revoke the approval of Sydneylearning Pty Limited as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 23  dated 7 December 2015, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislation No F2015L02104 on 23 December 2015, pursuant to subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and

(b)shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Sydneylearning Pty Limited, as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 16 May 2016.
