Notice of Revocation of Approval
COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA

Revocation of approval as a higher education provider on request by the body under subsection 22‑40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

In accordance with subsection 22-40(1) of the Act, on 15 April 2016, the Australian Institute of Management South Australian Division Inc (ABN: 35 219 126 058) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a higher education provider.

Notice of revocation of approval under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act

I, Kate Woodall, a delegate of the Minister for the purposes of section 22-40 of the Act:

a)hereby revoke approval of the Australian Institute of Management South Australian Division Inc as a higher education provider, Instrument of Approval No 7 of 2009 dated
1 September 2009, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislation No 7 on
8 September 2009, pursuant to subsection 22-40(1) of the Act; and

b)shall cause of a copy of this notice to be given to Australian Institute of Management South Australian Division Inc as required under paragraph 22‑40(3)(b) of the Act.

The revocation shall take effect on 15 May 2016.
