List prepared pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003

I, Senator the Hon Kim Carr, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 ("the Act"), approve the attached list of the maximum amounts of all grants which may be paid in 2009 for each purpose of grant specified in Items 7, 8, 10, and 11(b) specified in the table in section 41-10 of the Act.
