List of the maximum amounts of all grants which may be paid in 2007 for each purpose of grant specified in the table in section 41-10 of the Act, prepared under section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 ("Other Grants List")

I, JULIE BISHOP, Minister for Education, Science and Training, pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 ("the Act"):

(a)    revoke the Other Grants List which was registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 11 December 2006; and

(b)    approve the attached Other Grants List, replacing the Other Grants List referred to in paragraph (a).
