NOTICE OF VARIATION OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Provider Approval No 9 of 2007

Variation of approval under section 16-70 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003

I, Alison Cleary, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of section 16-25 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act):

(a)     vary the approval (F2007L01800) of the Australian Academy of Design Incorporated as a Higher Education Provider under the Act for the purpose of recognising its name change to the Academy of Design Australia Limited (ACN: 163 956 152) in accordance with sub-section 16‑70(1) of the Act; and

(b)     hereby give the Academy of Design Australia Limited written notice of variation as required by sub-section 16‑70(2) of the Act

In accordance with sub-section 16‑70(4) of the Act, this Notice of Variation commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
