NOTICE OF APPROVAL

Higher Education Support Act 2003

Higher Education Provider Approval No.13 of 2012

Approval under section 16-25, decision under subsection 16-50(1)(a), and notice of approval under paragraph 16-50(1)(b) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

I, Dr Lyndal Groom, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research:

(a)approve the application of TAFE SA (ABN: 67 828 419 300) as a higher education provider pursuant to section 16-25 of the Act;

(b)note that this approval decides the application of TAFE SA pursuant to subsection 16-50(1)(a) of the Act; and

(c)hereby give TAFE SA written notice of approval pursuant to subsection 16-50(1)(b) of the Act.

This notice of approval takes effect on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
