Declaration under subsection 4(2) of the Higher Education Funding Act 1988

I, Julie Bishop, the Minister for Education, Science and Training, under subsection 4(2) of the Higher Education Funding Act 1988, declare that Table B in subsection 4(1) of the Act is amended by adding the following names of institutions of higher education:

Australian College of Physical Education;

Brisbane College of Theology;

Sydney College of Divinity Ltd;

Tabor College Tasmania;

Tabor College Victoria.

This declaration takes effect on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
