Declaration under subsection 4(2) of the Higher Education Funding Act 1988

I, Julia Gillard, Minister for Education, under subsection 4(2) of the Higher Education Funding Act 1988, declare that Table B in subsection 4(1) of the Act is amended by adding the following names of institutions of higher education:

Gordon Institute of TAFE

Melbourne Institute for Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy

Alphacrucis College Limited

This Declaration takes effect on the day after the day on which it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
