1  Name

This instrument is the Higher Education (Disclosure of Information to Other Bodies) Amendment Determination 2022.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Omit “and”.

2  After paragraph 6(e)

Insert:

(f)    the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare [ABN 16 515 245 497]; and

(g)   the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership Limited [ABN 17 117 362 740].
