HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Higher Education (Amalgamation) Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Higher Education (Amalgamation) University of Wollongong Transitional Regulation 1989 is repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Higher Education (Amalgamation)

University of Wollongong Transitional Regulation 1989 which operated only until the commencement of section 31 of the University of Wollongong Act 1989 on 12 December 1989.
