AN ACT to amend the High School Act, 1876.

[Assented to 24th December, 1912.]

E it enacted by the king's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

-13with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows

This Act may be cited as the High School Act Amendment short title

Act, 1912, and shall b3 read as one with the High School Act,

1876, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

The annual payment to the Governors of the High School,

; Subsidy

to cease o,

revenues of the State, under the provisions of the principal Act, as

amended by an Act passed in the sixty-first year of the reign of

Perth, of the sum of one thousand pounds out of the general .Tnne 30th, 1915 day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

3.     Section three of the principal Act is amended by omitting Amendment of

the words " at a cost not to exceed twelve pounds a year for each Section 3.
