AN ACT to amend " The High School Act,

1876."

[Assented to, 24th July, 1878.]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The High School Act,

1876 "; Be it therefore enacted, by His Excellency the Preamble.

Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as

follows:—

1 IT shall be lawful for any person appointed or elected a
