AN ACT to enable the Governors of the High School to

sell and transfer Perth Town Lot H54.

[Assented to 5th November, 1924.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the _High School Act, 1924.

Power to sell Perth

Town Lot 1154.

2. It shall be lawful for the Governors of the High School,

Perth, to sell Perth Town Lot H54, which by a deed poll dated the 22nd day of July, 1882, was granted to the said Governors and their successors in trust for the purposes of the High School, and to transfer the premises to the pur- chaser freed and discharged from any trust.

Application of

proceeds.

3. The proceeds of sale shall be applied by the Governors

of the High School, Perth, in buildings and other improve- ments and the equipment thereof on Perth Town Lots 11138 and H141 (Reserve A3421), or in such other manner for the purposes of the High School as the Governor may approve.
