AN ALT to make provision for the higher education of

Boys.

WHEREAS it is expedient to make provision for the higher

education of boys, by establishing a High School ; Be it

therefore enacted by His Excellency The Governor of Western

Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent

3 THE said School shall be called " The High School, Perth,"

and the education to be given at such school shall be exclusively

secular.

4 THE Governor shall from time to time appoint such persons
