Rule under the Judiciary Act 19032

We, Justices of the High Court of Australia, hereby make the following Rule of Court under the Judiciary Act 1903.

AMENDMENT OF THE HIGH COURT RULES

 The High Court Rules are amended as follows:

(1)

Rule 9 (3) of Order 26 is amended by deleting the words “in a District Registry”.

(2)

Rules 1 and 2 of Order 43A are amended by deleting the date “21st of April 1980” where mentioned in each of the rules and substituting therefor the date “31st of March 1982”.
